Built by an advisor,

Andrew began his career as a financial advisor in 1999, a few months before the dot com crash. He built his practice organically (cold calling and begging clients for referrals) and in 2008, made a large acquisition within the Ameriprise ecosystem, the largest transaction in company history at that time.
He earned both the CFP designation and CFA Charter along the way. In 2014, he was hired as Chief Investment Officer and Lead Portfolio Manager for a large RIA in Boston, MA. In that role, he created and managed two investment platforms (hybrid fixed income and CORE ETF) for the firm's advisors and their clients.
Andrew exited his advisory firm in 2021 at a premium multiple, and founded an Ecommerce start-up where he invented and patented a travel sleep device. During this phase, he taught himself Meta ads creation/management in addition to Ecommerce infrastructure build-outs.
While serving as a regional director for a boutique tax law firm in 2025, he was struck with his consistently full calendar of discovery calls each week. These prospective clients were well-qualified, happy to be in the meetings, and in need of the firm's services. The firm's marketing team was using AI-powered targeting and acquisition systems to drive meeting flow. Andrew wondered "where the heck was this stuff when I was an advisor???"
And thus was born: Advisor Discovery Partners. Andrew started the firm to connect best-of-breed, credentialed advisors with successful clients needing financial planning and asset management advice. Andrew is a staunch advocate for financial advisors who are committed to their craft and are properly credentialed (CFP, CFA, or both). He believes that these advisors should be rewarded for their knowledge, hard work, and commitment to deliver amazing advice.
